What I love about Teresa is she coaches the whole person. Her holistic approach takes into account how you are feeling physically and mentally along with ensuring there is flexibility in the training plan so your life commitments stay in the picture. I loved the regular check in that always start with how are you feeling. She clarifies in her session when you are pushing hard this session and why. This helped me build mental strength along with physical.

 

The gait analysis was a game changer for me. I could race distance but injuries kept coming back. After doing the gait analysis it gave me a visual understanding how I was moving my body and what I needed to adjust. I was provide with support changing my run technique and building up the muscles I needed in the gym. This has been key to keeping my injuries down and I am able to run more efficiently with less effort.
