Here is what to expect when you choose a Run Coach Plan with Team Noble

 


- Run plan scheduled for at least 4 weeks in advance
- 30 minute consult (face to face or via video link) to discuss goals and go through Final Surge app
- Free use of Final Surge app (see image for an example)
- A 10-15 mins mobility program for you to follow, specifically designed for runners
- Videos that will coach you through recovery with a foam roller and release ball
- 20% discount code for Align Wellness 
- Accountability as I will personally be checking your workouts are achieved every week and provide   you with feedback
- Ability for us to change workouts to help work around 'life' and what ever that throws at us
- If you choose the strength program option, you will receive a strength program tailored to you. 
- Strength program exercise are all demonstrated via video
- A quality programme that will empower you to achieve your goals - focusing on average of 3 run    sessions per week

Ochy Running Analysis — Smarter Running Starts Here

 

As part of your coaching journey, I use Ochy, an advanced running analysis app that helps us understand how you move — so we can train smarter, not just harder.

All it takes is a short video of you running (on a treadmill, track, or outdoors). Within minutes, Ochy provides detailed feedback on your running technique — including things like posture, cadence, symmetry, and foot strike — giving us valuable insights into what’s working well and where we can improve.
